Everyday Dose of Reality
Do you have any idea how easy it is to grow your own celery? Buy a bunch from the store. Enjoy the stalks with peanut butter , cream cheese, in soups or tossed in a salad. Next you simple take what is left of the bunch and cut it off. Let’s face it, I don’t know a single person that eats the center stalks, and that is all you really need to grow your own. Hold the bunch down on a cutting surface and chop the tops off. Set the bottom of the bunch in some dirt and water as if it were a normal plant. And Poof! You are on your way to growing your own celery.
