I love making and freezing mini cal-zones for the up coming school year. Today was that day and I have been rolling them out! All you have to do is take your normal pizza dough and break it up into 2inch balls. Roll it out until you get a fajita size disc. Spoon and spread in your sauce and fill with your favorite toppings. I baked trays of 4 at a time on 475 F for 9 minutes. When done, let cool and put in an air tight bag or storage container. Put them in the freezer and pull one out when the kids are hungry or you get that 11at night pizza craving. My kids normally need something to tide them over after school, a couple hours before dinner. Also, they are perfect quick lunches for yourself or your significant other for work. Reheat them in the microwave for 2 minutes or over on 350 for 20minutes.
