From trash to Stylish

The end of summer is near and the garage sales are at an all time high with tons of trash you can transform. I found this little diamond in the rough, old wooden and falling apart candelabra. Sometimes you see the beauty in things when they are at their worse.
After using some wood glue to press the arms back together and a drop or 2 of hot glue to hold the pedestals that hold the candles, back in place you can start to get creative.
The kids talked me into a gloss silver spray paint. They felt the candle light shimmering off the paint would be so pretty. When the paint is dry you can adorn with other things such as beading or crystals. Considering the fact that small children are attacked to sparkly things like fish to lures, I chose not to embellish.
