Marbled Easter Eggs

This year we tried a different take on making marbled Easter eggs with shaving cream. I remember doing something very similar to this with my grandma years ago. It may be the very same way but I don’t totally recall. This little kids and I went up against Isabelle and her friend Ida. We went shaving cream method and they took it old school with water and vinegar.
All you need to do is put some shaving cream in a bowl and drop some food coloring on top in spots. Next you take your hardboiled egg and roll it through the shaving cream. Set the egg off to the side to dry. As it dries the shaving cream will go flat and leave a nice marbled egg.
We have Ida in the back being the color dipper and Isabelle up front with her white crayon. For those that don’t know, if you take a white crayon and draw on the egg before you dip it, the design stays white while the rest of the egg gets colored.
